Position Type: Local | 1099 Independent Contractor

Earnings & Pay Structure

• $27/hour for trips under 500 miles round trip

• $0.50 CPM starting rate, up to $0.55 CPM for trips over 500 miles

• Weekly direct deposit every Friday
  

Incentives, Bonuses & Extra Pay

• $2,500 Sign-On Bonus ($250 paid quarterly)

• $100 Clean DOT Inspection Bonus (no limit)

• $100 Layover Pay

• Quarterly Safety Bonus: $75–$150

Driver Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL & Medical Card

• Minimum age: 23

• 24 months recent, verifiable experience

• Clean MVR & PSP (no DUI in last 5 years)

• Not prohibited in DOT Clearinghouse

• Negative drug test

• No major criminal convictions

• Comfortable with ELDs and digital paperwork

• Occasional overnight availability
